Taken as a whole, the last three years plus actually show a coordination between the Democrat Party and the intrenched leftist bureaucracy (the deep state) to cover up Democrat corruption. The truly fearsome aspect we have seen emerge is that this criminal enterprise is protected by federal law enforcement, the justice Department and other national security agencies with all the terrifying tools they can bring to bear.
Let’s review what we all saw happen since Trump began to run for the Presidency. This criminal cabal was threatened with exposure when the Clinton's got caught conducting a phony charity to launder pay for play money, enabled by a private off the books email server. This threat of exposure was compounded when the separate exposure of DNC emails showed the unethical and corrupt campaign practices of the party. To our collective astonishment, The FBI, until that time thought by most Americans to be an unimpeachably honest law enforcement agency, went into to full coverup mode conducting the most flimsy and superficial “investigation” of the Clinton influence peddling scheme ever witnessed in the annals of American law enforcement.
Material witnesses were given immunity in return for nothing, search warrants were not issued, no grand jury was impaneled and, incredibly, the FBI assisted in the destruction of material evidence including computers and I phones of the key characters in the scandal. No investigation of what happened to the money that went to the charity took place and nothing came of the willful destruction of 33,000 emails by Hillary Clinton or the fact that classified information was found in Hillary’s emails that were not destroyed. Contrast that to Mueller later issuing two thousand subpoenas and 500 search warrants some enforced by early morning armed raids on lawyer’s offices and elderly couples in pajamas and putting those accused of white-collar crime in solitary confinement pending trial. The abuses were too many to even list them all here, but you all saw it right in front of your eyes.
It all would have been swept under the rug like so many other scandals before, like the IRS being used as a weapon against conservative political action groups, the DEA being used as a shill to run weapons illegally into to Mexico to exacerbate the drug wars under the guise of an investigation, using the Foreign surveillance authority to listen in on and unmask American Citizens, Using Libyan armaments to fuel civil war in Egypt and Syria to establish the Muslim brotherhood throughout the middle east; and, of course, Joe Biden selling out the country to Ukraine and China to benefit his son (and undoubtedly himself); but for one thing: Donald J. Trump.
During his 2016 campaign, Trump had the audacity to point out loudly the crimes of Clinton and by implication the festering corruption of the federal government as a whole, i.e. "the Swamp." If elected President he threatened to prosecute, which would have not only put Hillary in jail, but it would have exposed the depth of whole operation. The Democrats, in conjunction with the deep state, needed an “insurance policy” against the unlikely possibility Trump was elected. We now know they had one. The Clinton campaign and the DNC had funneled campaign funds through their lawyers, the Perkins Coy firm to Fusion GPS, then to former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele and, ultimately, to Russian operatives to create a list of fraudulent smears against Trump, now known as "the Dossier.” This action alone consisted of several crimes, including illegal use of campaign funds, failure to properly disclose such uses, conspiring with foreign agents to influence an American election and leaks of classified information. This in turn was used to falsely accuse Trump of being a Russian patsy and to launch a phony investigation of Trump.
The Horowitz report confirms, the phony “dossier” was used by the FBI and DOJ to obtain FISA warrants against various members of the Trump campaign. Other crimes were committed in the process, including failure to report exculpatory evidence and even falsifying evidence to the FISA Court. Recall that the media scoffed at Trump’s assertion that he was being “wire tapped” during the campaign and when that was proved through exposure of the FISA warrants, then it was asserted that the phony dossier was not the only basis of the FISA warrants. We now know the dossier was the primary basis for the investigation and the FBI knew it was questionable and unverified from the beginning. The illegal use of the unmasking procedure also led to a setup of General Michael Flynn Michael Flynn and prosecution of him for lying to FBI agents about a phone call that was not itself illegal in any way.
The two-year Mueller fiasco was one of the most grotesques abuses of prosecutorial power ever witnessed, not surprisingly, carried out by Federal prosecutors known for their abuse of such power in prior cases. Although the media did everything in its power to prove the Russians somehow threw the election to Trump, the Mueller investigation actually showed there was at best infinitesimal involvement of the Russians while no serious investigation of the hacking of the DNC was ever conducted. Mueller never produced any additional evidence that the Russians were involved in hacking the DNC nor were the DNC computers independently examined. Ultimately there was virtually no evidence that any of the substantive allegations of dossier was true or that Trump had anything to do with Russian involvement the election.
After the Mueller investigation effectively stopped any serious investigation by Trump of the Clinton crimes, which was the true purpose, the deep state has now gone into full coverup mode to prevent any serious investigation into the Biden crimes. The current “investigation” into Trump’s Ukraine phone call has as its basis Trump's effort to begin a serious investigation of the Biden family crimes. It is patently obvious there is sufficient probably cause to believe Biden was engaged in a criminal abuse of power in Ukraine and that his actions should long ago have been the subject of an investigation if not indictment. Trumps actions in this regard were totally proper and legal yet it is now an impeachable crime to even suggest investigation of Biden's conflict of interest in Ukraine.
Biden himself has admitted in public that he used his authority to hold up American aid to Ukraine to force a prosecutor to be fired. That prosecutor has given in a sworn statement that he was at the time investigating the oil and gas company, Barisma, that was paying huge sums of money to Hunter Biden for no discernable services. Biden’s actions did have a personal motive, i.e. to protect Barisma from any serious investigation and thereby protect the huge flow of money to his son. There is no obvious reason why the firing of the prosecutor was in the interest of the American people. It was totally legitimate for President Trump to ask the current Ukrainian government to investigate presumptively criminal abuse of power by Joe Biden while Vice President.
Joe Biden does not become immune from investigation for potential crimes simply because he is running for President. The American people have a very legitimate and pressing reason to want to know whether Biden abused power for personal gain in the past not only because “no one is above the law” as the Democrats like to say, but also because it directly bears on his fitness for future public office. On the other hand, the Democrats, assisted by their deep state allies, have a pressing interest to make it appear that the Biden corruption is just an unfortunate appearance of a conflict of interest and that any effort to actually investigate this obvious corruption is itself the real crime.
The actions of the Democrats and the deep state over the last three plus years is more than a coincidence. These are planned coordinated actions of a massive and deep state acting in concert and on behalf of the Democratic crime machine. It is clear they will destroy anyone that attempts to expose its corruption or, as Trump puts it, to “drain the swamp”. Even an honest President cannot easily dismantle or even seriously damage this gigantic and deep criminal machine that is the Federal government
The Criminal cabal has come out of the closet and exposed itself since the 2016 election. It has demonstrated its pervasive power by continuing coverups involving Federal law enforcement and the even the Congress itself. We all know these facts. It’s open and obvious to all to see. Yet it is so out of the realm of what we have long believed that it’s difficult to accept what our common sense is telling us. We are all astonished and bewildered to witness how time after time the institutions we all have come to believe are fair and just have failed to enforce the law and appear to be protecting the guilty. It’s time to be honest with ourselves and admit the truth to ourselves. The government itself is the problem; no longer on our side, and a criminal cabal aligned against the people which will use all of the power of the government to protect the guilty and to prosecute anyone who stands in the way.
